kb99 Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kb99 platform and all services under it. Accessing this website, opening an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

kb99 is an online betting and casino platform providing cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, and live casino services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between kb99 and each registered member ("user" or "member").

kb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with kb99, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid proof of age.
• Personal information must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each person may only open one account.
• The account must be opened in your own name and with your own details — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gaming.

2.2 Account Verification

kb99 may at any time request a government-issued ID, mobile number verification, or any other supporting document from a user for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings received will be voided.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, kb99's support team must be notified immediately.

To keep your password strong, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly helps maintain security.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into kb99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• For unusual transactions, kb99 may request additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before making a withdrawal request, ensure that:

• The account has been fully verified.
• The wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal method matches the deposit method.
• The withdrawal amount is above the minimum limit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• kb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be placed under investigation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

kb99 has the sole right to accept or reject any bet. Bets accepted due to a system error or technical issue may be voided, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Result Settlement

The outcome of all bets is determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If the organizing authority changes a result, kb99 reserves the right to re-settle the bet based on the revised result.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (international tournaments including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports:

• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the live betting window.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is suspended or abandoned, kb99 will act in accordance with its own policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if found:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent activities, or using computer software or bots for automated betting.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking kb99's systems or introducing any harmful software.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by kb99

kb99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Violation of anti-money laundering regulations.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting the support email ([email protected]). It is recommended to complete any pending withdrawals before closing the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

kb99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — it is not a source of income. We encourage every member to:

• Set a weekly or monthly budget for themselves.
• Avoid increasing bets to chase losses.
• Avoid betting while under the influence of alcohol or when under emotional stress.
• Take a break or seek support if they feel they have a problem.

Contact the support team to set up self-exclusion or deposit limits. For more details, visit our Responsible Gaming page.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

kb99 uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to ensure the security of users' personal information. User data is never sold to third parties.

However, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities where required by legal obligation, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering investigations. For detailed information on data collection and use, please read our Privacy Policy.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

For any complaint or dispute, please contact the support team first. You can submit a complaint via live chat or email ([email protected]). kb99 takes all complaints seriously and will try to resolve them as quickly as possible.

11.2 Complaint Processing

Once a complaint is submitted, the support team will begin an investigation. Additional information or evidence may be requested if needed. kb99's decision will be considered final, though users who are not satisfied may submit a request for reconsideration.

12 Changes to Terms

kb99 reserves the right to revise, update, or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users may be notified of significant changes via email or through their account.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is the user's responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay up to date.
